RACINE – The Junior League of Racine will award a $2,000 scholarship to a Racine high school female graduating in the spring of 2011 that has demonstrated a commitment to volunteerism. The Junior League of Racine is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
